All,
I'm attempting to create a script using a "queue to agent" node and it works fine when the agent is in a ready state, but when not ready the in progress indicator shows abort. Doesn't exit the failure path, but aborts before it.
Any thoughts?
thanks
Bruce

Does the entire application abort and crash? If not I'm confused what you mean by abort. Perhaps a screenshot?

Jonathan,
As in it doesn't leave the queue node.
Both agents are logged in at this point but in a Not Ready state. The call fails with a fast busy and does not follow the X path coming out of the "queue to agent" node. This happens when I use a "queue to skill group" node as well.
I've tested sending a call through, answering and then sending another call through. This works fine as the second call will follow the X path.

All,
Anyone reading this I've solved the issue. Apparently, if you want to use a "queue to agent" node, you need to set up an Enterprise skill group and route in addition to the normal skill group.
