queued call sent to 2 agents at same time

Good morning

has anyone run in to this before, its been happening more frequently here. Call comes in to queue, same session ID, and it rings 2 agents at same time. one get the call and the other agent answers and get dead air. see attachment.

What version UCCX / UCCE? And what does your script look like for the Select Resources?

thanks for asking

 

we are 11.6. call matches switch string, call sent to operator group. rings 2 agents. weird is its intermittent.
