Hi!!
We are using ICM 6.0 with SR2 with Cisco Call Manager 4.1.3 & Cisco IVR 3.5.3.
When we click "Configuration Manager" in ICM Admin Workstation it does not Launch. Therefore we are not able to make any changes i.e add device Targets etc.It was working fine before. But everything works fine i.e agents able to log in and answer calls.
Any one encountered this before.

Are all of your ICM AW services started and working properly?

Yup.. All started and working fine. We are even able to open Script editor and the various others like schema & Lock etc. which is also part of the AW component.
Last thing I remember doing was synchronizing the ICM server time to a NTP server??

Are you getting any error or are you getting grey blank screen ?If Error is "Cisco ICM Error 9934: Unable to Initialize Real-Time Feed" something like this.Goto "http://www.cisco.com/en/US/partner/products/sw/custcosw/ps1001/products_tech_note09186a00801df5fb.shtml"
