Hello all,
I used HTTP action many times before but I cant seem to work it now on a new contact center site of IPCCE.
Nothing fancy, I just try to send a web page with no parameters during the ringing event, the workflow is set on the agent, the preview and test is working but when I try it with a real call, the browser does not change as it supposed to.
Any ideas?

Hi,
Give us a bit more information. Does the HTTP action fail every time? Do you have any conditions on the Voice Contact Work Flow or only on the Ringing Event?

This might be a dumb suggestion, but I always prefer to go with the obvious first. Are you setting the CAD work flow in the ICM script?

Thank you for your inputs. It turns out that there is a syncronization issue with Desktop Admin. Now it's all working fine.
