recently many agents are facing this error while trying to login.

error message:   "Login failed due to a configuration error with your phone and JTAPI or Unified CM. Contact your administrator."

for some agents it gets fixed logging out from the phone and back in

for some agents it gets fixed by re-associating device with rmcm user

for some agents deleting the phone and adding back works

My concern is why suddenly most of the agents are facing this issue.

What can i check to confirm my server is healthy and find out reason to these issue?

Also recently many agents complain that their CAD freezes and does not allow them to click any option.

attaching show status from primary and secondary ccx. Please suggest.

utils uccx database healthcheck

If the report shows ok then you will need to collect logs and check it that way to find the RCA when issue happens next time.
