Real Time Wallboard

Hello,

I am using Cisco Unified Intelligence Center (CUIC), packaged with UCCX 10.5. I find a Unified CCX Live Data “Real Time Wallboard”, I cannot run it, even I cannot find any information in Admin Guide and Design. Could anybody help me, how to use it? What is it?
