Hi,
Is it possible to visualize the current SLA in Supervisor Desktop?
I'm running latest release of UCCX (8.5) with Enhanced Agents.
Only way to see SLA now is with Historical Report.

That's mostly for Premium instead of Enhanced. Will I be able to show the realtime Service Level state with Enhanced?
Upgrade will be too expensive for 30 agents.

You still have the tree control node action to change color or etc for enhanced package.
