Reason Status not appear in Recent State History Live Data

Hi Everyone

I have some problems with live data CUIC 11.6 "Recent State History" the reason agents like not ready not appear in reporting so this problem to in finesse gadget live data.

does anyone know why it could be like that??

I already download the new template and upload it to report definitions again but the result still same.

Are your not ready codes configured in both UCCE as well as Finesse Admin?

thanks @bill.king1 after we create to reason code in cceadmin the reason live data gadget already appear in finesse.
