reasons of going a call from the false exit on a queue node?

Dears,

For what reasons (other than RONA and that it is not contain any if statement inside) a call goes from the false exit of a “queue to skill group” node?

I am facing an issue for a specific script: approximately, 50% of the calls are going from the false exit at the queue node while all the other similar scripts have 0%.

icm 7.5(10) with IVR are installed.

Do you have a consider if statement inside your queue to skill group node?  Can you post a picture of that part of your script?  Also, are you seeing any errors in the router log viewer?
