Record Calls only with CCX Server Is it possible?

Hello, 

 

Is it possible that CCX record the calls of the Agents by itself?

I meant, without MediaSense or something like that.

That’s right. No built in recording mechanism in CCX. You need to get either Calabrio or third party solutions
