Recording Step

Hello,

I have a requirement from one of the customers that he needs to give access to the customers to leave a recorded message in the script after staying in the queue for 4 minutes , i know that this is available with UCCX but i need to know if it is availale with UCCE ?

UCCE version is 8.5 with CVP 8.5

Yes its avilable with CVP. Please refer the com.audium.core.vfc.audio.VRecord class for more info.
