Dear All,
We have IPCCX 5.0 with premium license. The issue which I am facing is of Remote Monitoring. I am unable to monitor the logged in agents.I authenticate using the remote user id. As soon as i press the extn of the agent to be monitored i get a promt saying agent not logged,even though the agent is logged. It has been working fine for some time, but currently it is playing the same prompt. I have checked the configuration and restarted the the server.
Any comment would be highly appreciated.

Sounds like you are using a script, can you provide it for us to look over?
Does the monitoring work when using the CSD software?
