Remotely disconnect an agent that is stuck in queue

Hi,

Is there any way to remotely disconnect an agent that is stuck in queue?  The agent pressed the Login/Logout button with reason code (Shift Complete), but never finished the logout process, so now she is showing up in the agent view on the supervisor panel with her current state as "Logout", meanwhile, the State Duration continues to keep counting the minutes that she is supposedly online.

The only way that I was able to remove the agent was to sign on as her from my laptop, log her out and then close the CAD app, but I was wondering if there is another, simpler way to do this via the CCX server or something.

Is this IPPA or CAD? Usually with CAD the user would automatically log out when the app is not running or loses connection.
