Remove any calltypes or skillgropus that dont have script refernces

Hi team,

I have number of PG's in that again we have number of Skilgroups and calltypes associated, i just want to remove any calltypes or skillgroups that dont have script refernces.We are trying to clear the unused skillgroups and calltypes.I am trying manullay by searching and finding script name buti have thousands of SG and calltypes so can some one help me on database query which returns the Skillgroup used in which script and calltype used in which script.Please do the needful.

In Config Manager --> Misc. Tools --> Script Reference

You can check if call type or skill group is directly referenced by a script or not. Its gonna show you the refernce in active script as well as ther prevous versions of script.

No there might be indirect references, which you may not be able to find out without manual configuration audit and those references are like dynamically setting call type, the skill group referenced under enterprise skill group etc.

But as far as i know there is no database query which will tell you about this references.
