Hello,
I have a UCCX 10.6(1) deployment which has had CSQs renamed at the customers request.
When I run CUIC historical reports I can still see the old CSQ names as well as the new ones.
Is there any way to remove the old CSQ names from the reporting options?

James - No cannot delete CSQ from CUIC, Instaed u can use collection Values to show only required CSQ to supervisor..

Hi
What's happening is that becuase they are in the historical DB, they remain in the list so that you can report on them.
For example, if you want to report on queues before they were renamed, they are there for selection.
Eventually they would age out when the system purges data up past the point where you renamed them.
Theoretically you could put in a custom SQL query/collect values list as suggested to filter them out. Not sure off the top of my head if that would involve having to customise each report or definition as well though...
