Removing numbers from Do Not Call list - Outbound Option

Hi,

We are using Cisco Outbound Option 8.5. We wanted to delete a certain list of numbers (if found) from Do Not Call list daily overnight. Is it possible to write some script and schedule it overnight in Cisco Outbound Option?

You'll need to write your own script for this. It will need to read the current DoNotCall list, remove any unwanted entries, and save the file. The doNotCall import rule will need to be set to overwrite, so when the new updated doNotCall list is saved, it then takes affect.
