Reports Not loading in to Finesse

agents can login, but reports is just stuck on loading. sometimes they get an error saying

 

"SyntaxError", number: -2146827286

If you can provide more detail (UCCX version, is it all reports/only some, is this new, is it only certain browsers, etc.), people can offer more suggestions.

There are postings about similar issues in the past like this one, but you'd need to provide more details to see if it might be applicable.

In the end we rebooted both PUB & SUB ccx out of hours, all working now!
