Hi,
Our customer has IPCC express 4.0(5)_Build042. He is using CAD. The CAD which he is using will not run on windows 7. Is there any CAD version which will support IPCC express 4.0(5)_Build042 and also run on Windows 7 32-bit?
Thank You
Fawaz

No, you'll need to upgrade your IPCC Express to UCCX version 7.0(2) or 8.0(2) - at the least.
Refer to the compatiblity matrix at:

Thanks Brian for the quick reply. Is it not possible without upgrading the IPCC Express version? Customer is not in a position to upgrade the server.
Thanks

No, afraid not.
As I've just said in this thread ..
https://supportforums.cisco.com/thread/2195388?tstart=0
if you upgrade the OS when CAD is already installed (without doing a fresh build), it may work. You'll need to test it, and it will not be supported by TAC.
For the supported OS for CAD, see page 58 under heading "CAD/CSD/CDA Client OS" on 7.0(2) - the last version of UCCX to use a Windows Server OS
