Reset agent state/status from Agent PG

Hi all,

I remember there is a way to reset agent state/status from Agent PG through some command line. It seems like after a change in skill groups, this agent (occurs intermittently) stops receiving new request (call/email/chat).

Anyone have that info? 

PCCE v10.5 & EIM/WIM v9.0

i guess its available in PROCMON utility on PG.

PROCMON <custname> <nodename> <process> (process should be the pim process connecting to the agent peripheral e.g pim1)

now you can use mhelp to list out the different functions available, and use resetas to reset the agent state.

and as far as i remember, something like this is also available in CTITEST utility.
