Hi all,
I have an issue on our PROD environment(UCCX in HA 10.5(1), CUCM HA 10.5(1)).
Appadmin on UCCX primary node is in connection timeout,also is not possible to enter in Cisco Editor and RTMT.
I can access on CLI on the first node.
I can access on our secondary node and I'm able to restart on the first node the Cisco Unified CCX Administration, but this didn't solve the issue.
We are using Cisco Finesse , active on the same VM.
We are now in business hours, but I'd like to restart Cisco Tomcat Service on the first node UCCX(Not Cisco Finesse Tomcat),that could be the root cause.
Can I restart this service during business without outage?

Feel absolutely free Stefano to restart the Cisco Tomcat service on the first node. There will be no impact whatsoever on Finesse Desktop (tested this in lab to be double sure as well before posting)
