Hi folks,
I am new to UCCX, so this might be an easy one. Is there a way to only allow a tech to make themselves unavailable only with Supervisor approval? In other words to restrict their ability to make themselves unavailable? We may have an issue with agents making themselves unavailable a little more than they should.
We are using UCCX version 8.5.1.11003-32.
