Good Morning,
I was reading this thread Returning Data to ICM when Caller Hangs Up which is from 2010.
I was wondering with CVP 11.5 can I use the same method or there is a better to accomplish.
I want to return to ICM in which menu the customer as disconnected.

Same challenge/workaround still applies to 11.x

One last question. The information in ICM will be stored in [Termination_Call_Variable] if the variable is persistent.
user.microapp.caller_input and/or user.microapp.FromExtVXML
