Hi All - Can you please let me know RONA Settings and their relationship in CVP SIP Tab and ICM Agent Desk Setting and CUCM
RONA settings in CVP SIP Tab always 2-3 Sec greater than ICM Desk Settings.
Now we have below config, Whic one is consider as RONA here.
CVP SIP Tab - 14 Sec
ICM Agent Desk Settins - 12 Sec
CUCM - 18 Sec

Dear siva, it won't work in that way. Because the timeout session in the icm should betrayer than cvp since
Having a session with cvp and in turn cvp with cucm. So it will work only if these condition met. Cum

Dear Shalid - Thanks for your reply, If that is the case i can configure RONA directly in Agent Desk Setting right? Waht is the point of configuring in CVP and CUCM
Is there any relations between these three param? Please confirm...

Dear - Thanks fo your reply, so you mean to say ICM should be less than CVP and CVP should be less than CUCM.
