Routing client doesn't receive the label from ICM

Hi,

We have setup a Lab scenario in simplex mode

CVP 8.5

CUCM 8.

IPCC 8.5

Type 10 VRU configured. Simplex mode NAM and Simplex Mode CICM.

Everything configured properly, checkd many times, its fine, Call gets the IVR treatment proplery, queuing properly, when agents become ready,

call is disconnecting,

though we have properly cvp config. cucm configuration.

We are getting

label node has no label valid for routing client from NAM router logs.

and we are getting

The issue is exactly as described you need to create labels in the cicm for the incrp Nic, then these n be passed correctly back to the nam

I work with Mani. the label is there in the CICM config but i am still getting these errors.

Resolved.

The ICM-ICM GW at the NAM level script had the 'Validate returned label' , after removing that and adding srv.xml file to the CVP i restarted the CVP and it started working and the calls were landing to the agents. before adding srv.xml file with CUCM IP address it was playing the ringback but the call was not landing.
