Hello everyone, query, some of you will have had the experience of integrating the Salesforce CRM with a Cisco contact center ?, there is a Cisco guide, which as a requirement must be installed:
One of the following Cisco® Telephony Service Providers must be installed on the client machine.
• Cisco Unified CallManager TSP
• Cisco Unified CallManager Express TSP v2.1.0.8

I understand you are looking for a way to integrate Salesforce with the IVR natively. We looked at that and determined the level of effort would be high, and require some development.... and decided to use a 3rd party product.
We could not find a lot of data on the intergration, and doing a single sign on, coordinating with AD, a lot is involved.
