Same Agent on different queue

Hi,

Iam new to UCCX domain, my client want to have same agent on differnt CSQ.I think this is silly.But i want to know any other alternate options availble for this.Also i want to any document related to this.

Ex:Agent1-300 willbe on all queue

CSQ1-300,301,302

CSQ2-201,202,300

CSQ3-401,402,300

This is very common that different resources would be in different CSQs. Just create a skill per CSQ and add the resources to the skills as appropriate.

As for documentation, there is lots of it. The Release Notes, SRND, and Administration Guide would be good places to start.
