Script Change

Hi my client has CCX 7.0 and they want to change the script so here is the situation.

When the customer make a call they only have 2 options, 1. Alianza 2. Health.

No matter what number the customer press the call go to the same call center.

My client want that the number or the option name display on the agent screen so the agents can know where the call came from.

Hello,

This is easy , in the script , on the menu option there will be two subdialogs for option 1 and option 2 , under it place a variable and set the variable to the name of the option.

On the cisco desktop supervisor , go to the desktop administrator , login and then choose the layout and enable the a variable that you will set from the script to appear on the agent desktop.

After you save , close the agent desktop and re-open it again to take the changes.
