Script Editor, Queue to SG aborts

I have one skill group in paticular that is showing a higher number of aborts on the script (in monitor mode) than the others.  This same skill also has a higher number of RtrTasksAbandQ on WebView reports.

I am trying to track this down to a call level to investigate.  Any ideas what causes Skill_Group_Half_Hour.Rtr TasksAbandQ to increment?

These are just customer abandons. In other words, your customers are hanging up.
