Hi Folks,
I am trying to create a script for a third party call back feature. I am looking for the script to put a call back from the third party into a queue until an agent becomes free then the script will send the call to CSQ and the agent who is in ready status. When I do reactive debugging on the script it works exactly as designed. When I try the script on it's own I receive the message "I'm sorry, we are experiencing systems problems and cannot process your call please try again later." I am pretty new to UCCX and scripting so learning on the fly here. Has anyone faced a similar issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
