We have recently migrated our contact centre staff over to a citrix xenapp 6.5 Agent Desktop environment which is working fine.
They have however raised concerned that the scrolling team messages setup by their supervisor are no longer
smooth across the screen but jerking.
This they claim is now giving them headaches.
The Citrix guys have tried mutiple settings on their equipment to solve this issue.
Has anyone got any ideas or similar experience.
Just for the record, is there any way to change the scroll speed of the messages to maybe slow them down?
