Hey folks,
Above error is solved. Root cause was CTI Server on SideA was Inactive and on Side B was Active. Due to this, it was not coming to IN-SERVICE. Restarting the Finesse Server post CTI Server restart and solved the problem.
Since then, am able to access Finesse Secondary Agent desktop URL BUT NOT able to access Finesse server admin console. Followed docwiki troubleshooting guide but no luck. Please suggest. Any suggestion would be appreciated.
