Sending Custom SIP header back to CUBE for blind transfer

Hi All,

 

I have a requirement where inbound call comes with Custom SIP header as below:

Client CUBE --> Trunk --> My CUBE --> CUSP --> CVP --> ICM --> Agent

 

Now agent sometimes may need to send the call back to Client CUBE with the same Custom SIP header that came with the inbound call.

 

So far, I am able to bring the custom header to ICM script and stores that in a variable to be displayed on Agent's Finesse console. 

 

I am stuck on how to do blind transfer, after agent receives the inbound call, so that call goes with same Custom SIP header back to CUBE. 

 

Only possible option I can think of is, using CVP network transfer to route calls to another script where use Call.SIPHeader field to set SIP header and then forward the call to VRU label to be forwarded to CUBE.

 

Please let me know if there is any other better way to achieve same.
