Hello,
We will be integrating Sestek TTS with Cisco PCCE 15.0.
From my research, I understand that on the PCCE side, we just need to configure Sestek on VVB as the TTS server and then insert the TTS sentences in the Call Studio script whenever required.
Could you please confirm if my understanding is correct? Is there anything else I should be aware of?
Thanks in advance

Hi, out of curiosity, did you go through Cisco A2Q process with this integration, to confirm they won't have any issues supporting you if you have a problem s far as the core Cisco processes?

Hi Bill,
No, we haven’t, but it should work since Sestek uses MRCPv2, which is supported by PCCE. However, my concern is that I initially thought the integration would require significant PS effort, but then I understood that it only involves adding the Sestek server on VVB. I just wanted to check if I might be missing something.

The integration is super straight forward, what you listed is correct. In regards to A2Q I believe the new stance, since Nuance quit on everyone, is that as long as the vendor is MRCP compliant Cisco will "support" it. However, you have to prove to Cisco that they are NOT following some standard and that's the only way they will provide a fix. I ran into something similar with CCX and Lumenvox recently.
