Set Default Team in CSD?

Is is possible to set the default team in CSD so it doesn't have to be selected every time the supervisor runs the app?

UCCX 9.x

Hi Brian,

Sorry - this isn't a configurable setting.  If CSD has focus, a supervisor can use Ctrl+H to select the Team Selection List drop down.
