Set Enterprise call variable issue

Hi

I have UCCX 11.6 and I have problem with my survey scenario and also desktop layout while using set enterprise call variable.

I have used set enterprise call variable in two parts of my scenario:

1- The connected state of select resource, in this part I want to set the information of my caller ( for example the time, date, Agent No l and calling number) in order to display them in desktop finesse. Some times the variables that mentioned are shown in cisco desktop finesse and some times they are null.

2-I have used postcalltreatment method before the select resource in order to transfer my calls to survey scenario, but as soon as I press the end button, the call will disconnect.

How can I solve this problem?
