Hello,
Can someone tell me what would get priority queuing first? I have a team that will be answering multiple queues. However, I want Q1 to have first priority and Q2 to have second priority and all others queues will fall be next in line.
Right now have for Q1. My question is if I want to add Q2 will I do the same thing and change the Assign: number to a higher or lower number?

Priority step allows you to prioritize calls between CSQs as you allude to. So having a higher priority on specific CSQ call will ensure that when an agent capable of taking calls across the CSQs becomes available the call queued to the CSQ with higher priority will be presented first. The higher the priority 1 thru 10 the higher the precendce.
