settings of JTAPI trigger and settings of the RTP in CCM

When configuring the JTAPI triggerin IPCC Express 4.0, there are some settings (like forward on busy internal & external, forward on answer )which are not existing in the CCM. So when configuring these settings in the CCM, will the IPCC be able to use these settings like forward on no answer.

I think you mean they are not existing in IPCC?

yes if you set them up they will be honored.
