Shared Line state (red light) not working for everyone

Hello Everyone, 

I have a manager with 6 secretaries

Manager Phone type : 7965 | SIP45.9-4-2SR3-1S

Secretaries Phone type : 8861 | sip88xx.12-7-1-0001-393

BLF checked 

Max number of call is 4 

busy trigger is 1 

Issue : 

- Manager line is shared with all 6 secretaries, everything was working okay when everyone one were in the office, but after working from home the Secretaries noticed that sometime they can't see the Manager line (red light for line in use) so they can't tell if he is on a call or not. 

 

All phones are connected through MRA/EXPe

 

The issue is intermittent, I appreciate your guidance to how to troubleshoot this further

This topic has to be moved to the CUCM. Check, if updates are coming to the agent phones with status of the line

Mind me asking how to check that ?
