Silent Monitor on 1 Team Only

Is it possible to use silent monitoring on only 1 Team and a certain skillset in UCCX? We have a bunch of teams and skillsets but only 1 group wants this feature enabled.

One way would be to disable BIB on all the phones you do NOT want monitoring, but I think that's a pain. The longer term, but harder solution would be a custom gadget which disables the monitoring solution for everyone not in team X.
