Hi All,
I'll need help on Silent Monitoring on
CIPC i'm getting
[Error Code = 0x00000011]
"Silent Monitor session failed".
It works on my laptop okay we get the log
CCtiOsSession::MakeRequest(eStartSilentMonitorRequest)
but when i log-in to other machine with attempts to check the log we get the error;
[Error Code = 0x00000011]
"Silent Monitor session failed".
both device has the same firewall setting
I've attached the logs also
Any idea ?
