Hi,

Is there an api in finesse that we can call to initiate a singlestep conference. i am using finesse 11.5 lib and there is only an Api for initiating a

directTransfer  -> initiateDirectTransfer: function (mediaAddress, toAddress, handlers)

or a

consult call -> makeConsultCall: function (mediaAddress, toAddress, handlers)

is there any way to initiate a singlestep conference?

Hi Aziz,

Unfortunately there isn't a single step conference API. You would need to make a consult call first, then complete the conference.
