SIP Outbound Dialer

Where can I find the documentation on using the sip outbound dialer option?

The Outbound Option Guide would be a good start, it includes information both on the UCCE end, i.e. the actual dialer, MR PG and scripting as well as the gateway / CUSP set-up so it should get you along pretty far.

Thanks for the fast response, but I can't access that link, I just get a blank screen (tried with firefox and chrome)

And when I use Google to find the ref manual - it shows me this (below). But when I click that it goes to a Cisco page that displays the "The page you've requested is not available"
