Skill Group Live Data Gadget Refresh in Finesse

My customer is complaining that when they add or remove an Agent from a Skill Group the Skill Group Live Data gadget does not automatically show the change. If they refresh the screen it does show the updated values but this is not ideal.

Is there anyway of getting this to work?

The old QueueStatistics.jsp gadget automatically updated the Skill Groups so it seems odd that the Live Data version does not.

I wonder if this is also a cache issue. If they run Finesse with the nocache parameter does the same thing happen? I'm not saying this is a solution, it's not, but curious.

I wonder if it's a bug. What version are you talking about? I just tested in 12.5 and it's immediate.

The platform is 12.5 but the Live Data reports are 11.5. (I need to find out why )

I will see if we can update the report template and try again.
