When first implemented Social Miner v11.5, wizard asked for a SO administrator user which is used to connect to CLI and a Platform user administrator to login to CSM.
How can I manage additional Platform Users?. Went thru documentation and there is no information about this. Below the only information regardin this kind of users.
*******
To launch SocialMiner, use a web browser to access the root of the web server (for information on supported browsers, see SocialMiner Browsers).
Enter http://<servername> where <servername> is the name hostname or IP address of your SocialMiner server.
The browser opens at a sign-in page where you type your username and password.

Hi ,
First to try to login administration page using platform user name : administrator & password .
For other users , need to integrate with LDAP . using system administration panel window .
Active Directory
SocialMiner uses Active Directory (AD) to manage and administer user access to the system. All users, with the exception of the administration and reporting users, must be configured on a Microsoft Active Directory server to access SocialMiner.
Thanks & Regards,
