Is there a list of UCCX versions that SocialMiner 11.5 can work with? On Cisco.com download page I only see SocialMiner 11.5 available. So I did not know if it would work with UCCX 11.0.1. Thank you for your input.
CCX 11.0(1) requires SocialMiner 11.0. You would need to upgrade to CCX 11.5(1) for SocialMiner 11.5.
