SocialMiner 18.104.22.16800-21 Web Chat Feed Closes when Agent Replies
We are deploying jQueryChat with SocialMiner 11.6(2). Everything works in all browsers we tested, but IE11 has mixed reviews. It appears that when the user initiates a chat session, the agent can accept the session from within Finesse 11.6(1), and can respond. But when he/she does this, the session closes, and the user is not notified until the session times-out.
I want to rule out that this is NOT another IE11 issue.
Has anyone seen this?
Perhaps it is a version issue between SocialMiner and Finesse?
I cannot find a IE11 compatibility chart for SocialMiner browsers.

I want to find out how many agents are configured for an attribute. I have followed all the steps which are provided by the Cisco UCCE 11.6 API guide but I could not get the count. Is it possible to get a count of agents or not?
