we have uccx11.6.2 and socialminer 11.6.2 for webchat, but we have a problem, sometimes the agent get red error with this subject: An error occurred while joining the chat room and he receives up to 13 concurrent chats while we have configured the Maximum Number Of Chat Sessions Per Agent to 4, help me, what's the problem?
