Socialminer office 365 port requirements

Hi All,

Could you please help me to get the port requirements for cisco Socialminer integration for office 365.

Do we need to allow the required ports from UCCX as well or just from SM.

I am not very clear about the packet flow for this. Please help.

Please look at this link :

You only need to open from SM to Office 365. Not from uccx
