Softphone options for UCCX version 11.6

Can anyone suggest CIPC compatible version for UCCX 11.6

Both Cisco IP Communicator and Cisco Jabber are supported. See this matrix for specific versions:

I could see Cisco IP Communicator(FN 1). What is that FN1 option?

FN1 is just notes, see below the table.  For IPC it basically states all IPC versions supported by your CUCM version would be compatible with Finesse.

Thanks Chris. But The customer still has UCCX version 8.6 in the training environment with soft phones, but they cannot be installed on uccx  version 11.6.

Specifically customer looking for a CIPC stable version that can be used for telecommuting option as well.

What cannot be installed on 11.5?

IPC has not had an update in a while, so latest CIPC should work fine with both 8.5  and 11.5 CCX.
