Source File Query on Finesse Server

Hello Team

Our developers would like to gain access to the source files/directories from the Finesse Admin server as per the screen print below. 

<gadget>/desktop/gadgets/CallControl.jsp</gadget>

<gadget>/3rdpartygadget/files/gadgets/IDandV/IDandV.xml</gadget>

What the developers would like is to access the XML files & Java scripts from the source location. Are you able to advise how we achieve this?

Hi,

The CallControl gadget is part of the Finesse out of the box desktop. Unfortunately, the source files for that gadget is not accessible and not released as open source. (<gadget>/desktop/gadgets/CallControl.jsp</gadget>)

For the IDandV gadget (<gadget>/3rdpartygadget/files/gadgets/IDandV/IDandV.xml</gadget>) that is a 3rd party gadget that the admin uploaded. You should be able to SSH to Finesse server via the 3rdpartygadget account and download the files. See Enable or Reset 3rdpartygadget Account for more details.
